"My body should be able to handle this. Other people do. Why can't I?"
How it sounds in your head: I see people juggling way more than me and they're fine. Why am I the one who can't handle a normal schedule? What's wrong with me that everyone else can manage what breaks me?
"I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well."
-- Psalm 139:14Comparison lie that measures God's design for her by someone else's capacity instead of His specific plan.
She's watching people on social media brag about 'no sleep, all hustle' while she's struggling with a normal schedule. She concludes she's defective instead of recognizing that comparison is theft and God's pace for her is perfect.
John the Baptist lived in the WILDERNESS, ate locusts and wild honey, wore camel hair—the opposite of 'normal' society productivity. He wasn't defective for his different path. He was CALLED to it. God's plan for him looked nothing like others, and that was PERFECT.
I REFUSE the lie that I should be able to do what others do. IT IS WRITTEN: 'I am fearfully and wonderfully made.' God didn't make a mistake when He made me. Jesus told Peter, 'What is that to you? You follow ME'—not them, ME. John the Baptist lived in the wilderness eating bugs while others lived in cities. His different path wasn't defect—it was DESIGN. IT IS WRITTEN: 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.' I am NOT measuring myself by others. I am following MY Jesus at MY pace, and that is PERFECT. I declare freedom from comparison and receive God's perfect design for my life.
The Father isn't comparing you to anyone else's capacity and wishing you were different. He's running toward you celebrating the EXACT way He made you—your pace, your capacity, your design—calling it 'wonderfully made' without a single edit required.
