"My body is giving out. I'll never have the energy I once had."
How it sounds in your head: You remember what it felt like to have reserves. Now everything—work, workouts, even play with the kids—costs more than it used to. The mirror shows the decline. The doctor's visits increase. Your body feels like it's betraying you, and everyone says 'that's just what happens in your forties.' You're grieving the strength you've lost.
"Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's."
-- Psalm 103:5World system programming that aging equals inevitable decline, directly contradicting God's promise of renewed strength.
Physical evidence is compelling—gray hair, weight that won't budge, recovery times doubled, injuries from things that never used to hurt. Culture has trained you to expect and accept decline as 'natural,' making supernatural vitality seem unrealistic.
At 85 years old, Caleb declared 'I am as strong this day as on the day Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength.' He then went and conquered giants, receiving his inheritance when most men are in decline.
I REFUSE the lie that aging means automatic decline. IT IS WRITTEN that God satisfies my mouth with good things so my youth is RENEWED like the eagle's. My body is not on a one-way path to breakdown—it's under covenant blessing. The same power that formed me in the womb is renewing me now. IT IS WRITTEN in Isaiah 40:31 that those who wait on the Lord renew their strength, mount up with wings like eagles, run and not be weary. I receive supernatural vitality NOW. Age is just a number; His promises are ETERNAL.
The Father isn't managing your decline—He's authoring your renewal. Right now, while you're reading this, He's releasing restoration into your physical body because you're in Christ, and His life flows where His Spirit dwells.
