"My body is breaking down. At 28, I already feel the decline and it only gets worse from here."
How it sounds in your head: My knees hurt, my back aches, I get injured easier and heal slower. I'm 28, not 58, but I already feel old. The athletic guys my age are slowing down too. This is just biology—the peak was 22 and it's all downhill now. If I feel this bad at 28, what happens at 40?
"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed."
-- Isaiah 53:5Source: Enemy's lie that physical decay is inevitable and irreversible, denying the supernatural life and healing available through Christ's finished work.
Medical science confirms peak physical condition is early twenties, with measurable decline afterward. Your body gives tangible feedback—soreness, slower recovery, weight gain—that seems to prove aging equals decay.
At 120 years old—twelve decades—Moses' eyes were not dim and his natural vigor had not diminished. He experienced ZERO physical decline even at an age far beyond life expectancy, proving supernatural life overcomes natural aging.
I REFUSE the lie that physical decline is inevitable or that my body is breaking down at 28. IT IS WRITTEN that by His stripes I AM healed—present tense, permanent reality. Moses at 120 had undimmed eyes and undiminished strength. Caleb at 85 was as strong as at 40. I receive the SAME supernatural vitality because I'm under a BETTER covenant through Jesus' blood. IT IS WRITTEN that I am redeemed from the curse, and Deuteronomy 28's curse includes sickness and physical breakdown. I am blessed with HEALTH, not cursed with decay. The resurrection life of Christ flows in my mortal body (Rom 8:11). I am NOT declining; I am being RENEWED day by day. Every cell in my body responds to the command: BE HEALED, BE WHOLE, BE STRONG.
The Father isn't watching your body deteriorate as some inevitable consequence of time—He's renewing you inwardly and outwardly (2 Cor 4:16), planning to give you strength for every assignment ahead. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and He doesn't move into buildings scheduled for demolition.
