Crippled in both feet from age five, living in exile and poverty, convinced he was worthless ('a dead dog'). David restored him to the king's table permanently—ate like royalty every day despite his disability, given back all his grandfather's land.
I REFUSE the lie that my body is my enemy. IT IS WRITTEN that my flesh shall be young like a child's and I shall return to the days of my youth. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in me and gives life to my mortal body. IT IS WRITTEN that by His stripes I was healed, and I stand on finished work, not current symptoms.
The Father doesn't see you as a broken body needing repair. He sees you as His beloved daughter, whole and complete in Christ, and He's flooding you NOW with the same resurrection power that conquered the grave—not because you've earned it, but because you're His.
