"Kingdom wealth is different from real wealth - it's just spiritual not actual money"
How it sounds in your head: When preachers talk about 'kingdom wealth,' you assume they mean peace, joy, spiritual riches—not actual dollars. That feels safer, less controversial. Real money is worldly; kingdom wealth is metaphorical. So you stay broke but 'spiritually rich,' which pays exactly zero bills.
"The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow."
-- Deuteronomy 28:12Source: Religion that spiritualized every promise to avoid the scandal of a generous God who gives REAL stuff
It sounds more humble, less greedy, to say 'I'm rich in Christ' while your account is overdrawn. Claiming actual financial breakthrough feels presumptuous, like you're twisting Scripture for personal gain.
In lifetime debt, creditors literally coming to take her sons as slaves. She had NOTHING. Elisha told her to gather jars and pour—oil multiplied until jars ran out, she sold it, paid ALL her debts with SURPLUS left over. Real oil, real money, real debt cancelled.
I REFUSE the lie that kingdom wealth is only spiritual and not actual provision. IT IS WRITTEN that I lend to nations and don't borrow—that's REAL finances (Deuteronomy 28:12). The BARAK blessing includes commanded blessing on my STOREHOUSES, not just my heart (Deuteronomy 28:8). IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus became poor so I might be RICH (2 Corinthians 8:9)—not just spiritually rich, but Abraham-level wealth. I am Abraham's seed by covenant, and the gold and silver that were his are mine through Christ's blood. I receive TANGIBLE provision, not religious metaphors.
Your Father isn't offering you spiritual platitudes while you drown in debt—He's opening His ACTUAL treasure, the storehouses of heaven, and commanding blessing on your REAL finances. He's not waiting for you to be content with less; He's running toward you with MORE than enough.
