"Kingdom wealth comes through sacrificial giving until you've proven your generosity—then God provides"
How it sounds in your head: You've been taught to sow your way to harvest. Give when it hurts. Prove you're not holding back. Once God sees your heart is right about money, then He'll release provision. It's a test.
"But the father said to his servants, 'Bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry.'"

Every teaching on prosperity includes giving as the first step. You've heard 'you can't out-give God' so many times it sounds like a formula: give first, then receive. It feels biblical because tithing and offerings are scriptural.
Blew his entire inheritance on prostitutes, ended up in a pig pen, came home with nothing to offer. The father gave him everything—robe, ring, sandals, party, fattened calf—immediately, BEFORE any proof of change or generosity.
I REFUSE the lie that I must prove my generosity before God provides. IT IS WRITTEN in Luke 15:22-23 that the Father gave the prodigal EVERYTHING while he still smelled like pigs—provision came from SONSHIP, not sacrifice. I don't give to GET. I give because I've already RECEIVED. IT IS WRITTEN in Romans 8:32 that God who gave His own Son freely gives me ALL things. The barak blessing doesn't wait for my offering—it flows from my POSITION in Christ. I receive as a son, not as a performer trying to unlock blessing.
The Father isn't waiting to see if you'll give enough before He blesses you. He already killed the fattened calf while you were still in the pig pen—provision flows from His nature, not your generosity test score.
