"I'm too weird, too intense, too different to ever find people who get me."
How it sounds in your head: You've tried to tone it down, but you know you're just... different. Your interests, your thoughts, the way you process things - it's too much for most people. You'll always be the odd one out.
"For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well."
-- Psalm 139:13-14Identity lie from enemy to make uniqueness feel like curse instead of design.
You've been called 'too much' or 'too intense' enough times that you've started believing there's something wrong with how you're wired.
John wore CAMEL HAIR and ate LOCUSTS - absolute weirdo by any standard. Jesus called him the GREATEST born among women. His weirdness was his assignment, not his disqualification - crowds came to the WILDERNESS to hear him.
I REFUSE the lie that my uniqueness disqualifies me. IT IS WRITTEN that I am fearfully and wonderfully made - God DESIGNED my intensity, my interests, my way of thinking. I am NOT too much; I am EXACTLY right for my assignment. IT IS WRITTEN in Ephesians 2:10 that I am His workmanship, created for good works. I receive the BARAK blessing - favor with people who will CELEBRATE my uniqueness, not tolerate it. My differences are divine design, not defects.
The Father is running toward you celebrating every quirk and intensity He wired into you, and He's bringing people who will love you BECAUSE of your uniqueness, not despite it. You're not too much - you're HIS original masterpiece.
