"I'm too old for God to do a financial miracle—miracles are for younger people with time to use them."
How it sounds in your head: Why would God waste a financial breakthrough on someone who's about to die? Miracles are for people who have decades to steward them. I've run out of time and purpose for blessing.
"And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken. For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age."
-- Genesis 21:1-2World: The utilitarian lie that God's blessings are based on usefulness and return on investment rather than relationship and love.
Her proximity to death makes provision seem pointless from a practical standpoint, and she's internalized the world's value system that measures worth by productivity and future potential.
At age ninety, Sarah's womb was dead—medically impossible to conceive. God gave her a miracle baby, Isaac, who became the child of promise and heir of Abraham's covenant, proving God's timing has nothing to do with human logic or "usefulness."
I REFUSE the lie that I'm too old for miracles. IT IS WRITTEN that Sarah had a baby at NINETY (Genesis 21:1-2)—God's miracles aren't based on my age or utility. My Father does miracles because He LOVES me, not because I have time to "use" them. IT IS WRITTEN that with God NOTHING is impossible (Luke 1:37). The BARAK blessing doesn't expire with age—it flows from COVENANT, not calendar. I declare SUPERNATURAL PROVISION, RESTORATION, and BREAKTHROUGH in my final season. God's glory shines BRIGHTEST in impossible circumstances. I am NEVER too old for His goodness.
Your Father isn't withholding blessing because you're near the finish line—He's the God who gave Sarah a baby at ninety just to show off His power. His miracles aren't about your timeline; they're about His glory and His love for you.
