How it sounds in your head: You think: 'If kids in youth group fall away, it's because I didn't pray enough or teach well enough. Their choices reflect on me. I have to FIX everyone, save everyone, disciple everyone perfectly.' You're eleven and carrying weight meant for the Holy Spirit.

You genuinely love people and see them hurting, so their bad choices feel like your fault. Leaders have told you to 'pour into' others, which sounds noble but creates crushing responsibility for outcomes you can't control.
God told Ezekiel to warn people, but if they didn't listen, their blood was on THEIR heads, not his — he'd delivered his soul by speaking. God released Ezekiel from responsibility for others' responses, holding him accountable only for OBEDIENCE, not outcomes.
I REFUSE the lie that others' spiritual outcomes are my responsibility. IT IS WRITTEN that I plant, others water, but GOD gives the increase. I am not the Holy Spirit; I am a MESSENGER. My job is OBEDIENCE, not outcomes. IT IS WRITTEN that the Father draws people, not me. I release the weight of other people's choices back to Jesus where it belongs. The BARAK blessing of Abraham is mine — blessed in my ministry coming in and going out — but results belong to GOD. I declare I am FAITHFUL in planting and watering, and I trust the INCREASE to the One who actually gives it.
Father is running toward you saying, 'Daughter, you're carrying weight I never asked you to lift. Ezekiel warned; some listened, some didn't — and I released him. You are not the Savior; My Son already is. Love people, speak truth, then release them to Me. Their journey is MINE to lead, not yours.'
