THE LIE Imposter Syndrome
"I'm only in this position because of luck, not because I actually deserve it or earned it."

How it sounds in your head: Everyone thinks I'm smart or talented, but I just got lucky breaks. When they realize I'm average, they'll drop me. I'm terrified someone will ask me a question I can't answer and the whole thing will collapse.

IT IS WRITTEN 1 Samuel 16:7

"But the LORD said to Samuel, 'Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.'"

Enemy whispers: 'You fooled them but you know you're a fraud.' BUT IT IS WRITTEN: 1 Samuel 16:7 - 'The LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.' God CHOSE you knowing EXACTLY what's inside you—every weakness, every gap, every fear. He didn't pick you because you're qualified. He picked you because HE qualifies who HE calls. David was the YOUNGEST, SMALLEST, SHEPHERD BOY and God made him KING.
Quick Truth: LIE: I'm a fraud who got lucky. TRUTH: God chose you KNOWING your weaknesses—His strength is perfected there. (2 Cor 12:9)
WHERE THIS LIE COMES FROM

Enemy assignment to invalidate divine appointments and make you self-reliant instead of God-dependent.

Why this feels true:

Your brain is developing and you're actually becoming aware of how much you DON'T know, which feels like evidence you're a fraud. Plus every highlight reel on social media makes everyone else look like they have it all figured out while you're faking it.

I am NOT here by accident, luck, or human favor—I am here by DIVINE APPOINTMENT. IT IS WRITTEN that whom God calls, He QUALIFIES, and I am the righteousness of God IN CHRIST, not because of my performance but because of HIS finished work. The BARAK blessing of Abraham is mine through Jesus—I am BLESSED coming in and going out, above only and not beneath. I am God's MASTERPIECE, created in Christ Jesus for good works He PREPARED BEFOREHAND.

THE GRACE REVEALED
But God actually:

The Father ISN'T waiting for you to prove yourself—He's already RUNNING toward you with the RING of authority, the ROBE of identity, and He's throwing a PARTY over you RIGHT NOW. He placed you where you are knowing EXACTLY who you are, and He's about to show off HIS strength through your weakness.
