"I'm always exhausted because I'm doing too much and my body is giving up on me."
How it sounds in your head: I wake up tired. I go to bed exhausted. The to-do list never ends—work, kids, marriage, home, everyone needing something. My body feels like it's shutting down and I'm only in my thirties. This can't be what the rest of my life looks like.
"He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength."
-- Isaiah 40:29Enemy whispers exhaustion is your identity to keep you from the abundant life Jesus promised.
She literally feels bone-tired every single day, no matter how much sleep she gets. The hormonal shifts, the mental load, the constant demands make fatigue feel like her new permanent state.
Elijah ran in fear, collapsed exhausted under a tree wanting to die, completely depleted. An angel touched him twice, gave him supernatural food, and he went 40 days in the strength of that one meal—instant divine energy replacing total burnout.
I REFUSE the lie that exhaustion is my identity and fatigue is my future. IT IS WRITTEN that He gives power to the weak and increases strength to those with no might—that's ME, right now. My energy doesn't come from better time management or less responsibility—it flows from the Vine. I am a branch attached to Jesus and His resurrection life is my vitality. IT IS WRITTEN in Deuteronomy 28:8 that the Lord commands the blessing on everything I set my hand to—that includes my BODY and my ENERGY. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells IN me and gives life to my mortal body. I receive supernatural strength NOW.
Father is running toward you with the same supernatural food that sustained Elijah for 40 days—not asking you to manage better, but offering to BE your strength. He sees you collapsing under the weight and His response is POWER, not productivity tips.
