"If I were as disciplined/spiritual/together as her, God would bless me like that"
How it sounds in your head: She has what you want because she earned it through 5am prayer, meal prep, Bible journaling, and perfect consistency. I REFUSE the lie that God's blessing is payment for my discipline. IT IS WRITTEN that the blessing of Abraham comes by FAITH in Christ, not by my morning routine or spiritual scoreboard. I am not blessed because I'm good; I'm blessed because He's GOOD and I'm in COVENANT. IT IS WRITTEN in Romans 5:8 that while I was still a sinner, Christ died for me. The BARAK blessing isn't earned—it's INHERITED. Abraham lied and left richer; I am his seed through Christ. The Father isn't waiting for me to get my act together—He's running toward me in my mess with the robe and ring, throwing a party, not probation.
