"If I had the faith of these worship leaders and pastors, I'd see miracles too"
How it sounds in your head: These guys are on stage leading thousands, so close to God that miracles follow them. I'm just sitting in the crowd trying to keep my life from falling apart. That anointing isn't for regular people like me.
"But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills."
-- 1 Corinthians 12:11Spiritual hierarchy lie that creates clergy/laity division, making God's power accessible only through special anointing rather than simple sonship.
The platform, the gifting, and the testimonies create the appearance of a different category of Christian. Your lack of public ministry feels like evidence you're in the cheap seats spiritually.
Ananias was an unknown disciple—no title, no platform, just 'a certain disciple.' God sent HIM to lay hands on the Apostle Paul and heal his blindness, the miracle that launched Paul's entire ministry. The nameless guy performed the breakthrough for the famous guy.
I REFUSE the lie that God's power flows through titles and platforms. IT IS WRITTEN that the SAME Spirit distributes to EACH ONE individually (1 Corinthians 12:11)—that includes ME. Ananias, a nobody, healed PAUL (Acts 9:17). IT IS WRITTEN that the Samaritan woman—a moral mess—evangelized her entire city after one encounter (John 4:39). God chooses the foolish to shame the wise, the weak to shame the strong (1 Corinthians 1:27). I don't need a stage—I need JESUS. I AM a king and priest (Revelation 1:6), seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6) RIGHT NOW. The BARAK is mine through covenant, not credentials.
Your Father doesn't reserve miracles for the stage—He delights in using hidden, ordinary sons to display His glory. The prodigal wasn't a minister; he was a failure, and the father made HIM the center of the celebration.
