You can trace current problems to past choices. That relationship pattern started with hookup culture. That financial hole came from stupid spending. The physical consequences feel like evidence that you're 'reaping what you sowed' and God is settling accounts.
Abraham LIED TWICE—told kings his wife was his sister to save his skin. Instead of punishing Abraham, God sent PLAGUES on the deceived kings and sent Abraham away RICHER both times—livestock, servants, silver, gold—the BARAK blessing protected and prospered a LIAR based on covenant, not character.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm paying the price for past sin. IT IS WRITTEN in Isaiah 43:25 that God blots out my transgressions for HIS OWN SAKE and will NOT REMEMBER my sins. There is NO CONDEMNATION for those in Christ Jesus. Christ became the CURSE so I could receive the BLESSING of Abraham. IT IS WRITTEN that the blessing of Abraham is mine through Christ—the same blessing that protected Abraham when he LIED, prospered Isaac after failure, and blessed Jacob the DECEIVER. My past does NOT disqualify me. Christ's blood QUALIFIES me. I receive INSTANT restoration, complete forgiveness, and every blessing of Deuteronomy 28 RIGHT NOW.
Your Father isn't calculating payback—He's calculated GRACE. The blood of Jesus doesn't partially cover 'small sins'—it completely obliterates EVERYTHING, and God literally CANNOT remember what He's chosen to forget. He's running toward you with the robe of righteousness, not a list of your failures.
