"I took resources from siblings who deserved them more - I stole their birthright."
How it sounds in your head: There wasn't enough for all of us. My older siblings had to work instead of finishing school because of me. I ate food meant for them. I'm the reason they didn't get what they deserved.
"Look at the birds of the air, for they do not sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?"
-- Matthew 6:26Source: Enemy creating scarcity mindset, poverty spirit blaming youngest child, false guilt for being provided for, comparison stealing joy of provision received.
You watched older siblings sacrifice and heard 'we can't afford it because of the baby.' At 80+, you've maybe helped those siblings financially out of lingering guilt for childhood resources.
Two widows, no resources, gleaning leftovers - Ruth gathered barley and Boaz commanded his workers to 'let grain fall purposely for her.' By chapter's end, they had abundance. God doesn't divide scarcity among His children - He MULTIPLIES provision so all are fed.
I REFUSE the lie that I stole from my siblings. IT IS WRITTEN that my heavenly Father feeds every bird - He fed EVERY child in our family, not by division but by provision. Family poverty was economic circumstance, not my theft. IT IS WRITTEN that God commands the blessing on my storehouses - He is GOD OF ABUNDANCE, not scarcity. The BARAK blessing promises I will lend and not borrow, have surplus not shortage. I didn't take resources - the Father PROVIDED for all His children. I REJECT poverty's lie that there wasn't enough - with God, there is ALWAYS enough.
The Father doesn't look at His children and divide a limited pie - He MULTIPLIES provision like loaves and fishes until everyone eats and there are BASKETS leftover. You didn't steal your siblings' portion - you received YOUR portion from the God of abundance.
