You've heard 'contentment' sermons that made wanting more sound carnal. You see younger people asking for big things and it feels appropriate, but at 70 you feel like you should just be grateful to survive, not THRIVE.
Genesis 24:1 says 'Abraham was old, well advanced in age; and the LORD had blessed Abraham in ALL things.' Not 'blessed him when he was young and useful.' Old age and BLESSED IN ALL THINGS in the SAME SENTENCE. That's your covenant.
I REFUSE the lie that wanting provision at 70 is greedy. IT IS WRITTEN that God wants me to PROSPER in ALL things and be in HEALTH—no age limit, no expiration date. I am blessed with the BARAK blessing of Abraham who was BLESSED IN ALL THINGS when he was OLD. IT IS WRITTEN that I am an HEIR of promise. Abundance isn't selfish. It's my INHERITANCE. I receive provision, health, and breakthrough NOW not because I earned it but because COVENANT says it's MINE. I am the head not the tail, above not beneath, blessed coming and going.
