"I need to wait until I'm older and more mature before God can use me financially."
How it sounds in your head: Adults keep saying 'when you're older' and 'you'll understand someday.' Maybe God's waiting too. Maybe breakthrough is for grown-ups who've proven themselves. You're just supposed to wait your turn.
"But the Lord said to me: 'Do not say, I am a youth, for you shall go to all to whom I send you, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.'"
-- Jeremiah 1:7Religious teaching of delayed blessing and age-based worthiness, contradicting NOW faith and present-tense identity.
Every adult in your life has more access and opportunities than you. Age DOES create legal and practical limitations you can't deny.
Josiah became king at EIGHT YEARS OLD and 'did what was right in the sight of the Lord.' At 16 he began seeking God, at 20 he purged idolatry from the nation—teenage king bringing NATIONAL reformation while 'older and wiser' leaders had failed.
I REFUSE the lie that I must wait until I'm older for God to use me. IT IS WRITTEN 'Do not say I am a youth'—God commanded Jeremiah not to use age as an excuse. Josiah was KING at 8 and brought revival at 16. IT IS WRITTEN that NOW is the day of salvation, NOW there is no condemnation, and the BARAK blessing is mine NOW by covenant. I am Abraham's seed TODAY, blessed coming in and going out TODAY, the head and not the tail RIGHT NOW. Age is not a barrier—it's my ASSIGNMENT. God is moving in my life THIS MOMENT.
The Father isn't waiting for you to age—He's moving NOW because this IS your time. Like Josiah crowned at 8, He's placing opportunities in front of you that are designed for THIS AGE, and favor is causing adults to make room for you at tables you 'shouldn't' be at yet.
