"I need to help God out—He can't do this without my intervention now."

The boy was DEAD—not sick, DEAD. Elisha prayed, and life returned INSTANTLY. The mother did nothing but trust and watch. No process, no partnership, no 'helping God out.' Dead to alive in one moment of God's power alone.
I REFUSE the lie that God needs my interference to accomplish His will. IT IS WRITTEN that the battle is not mine but God's. My striving doesn't speed His plan—it sabotages it. God doesn't need my help; He wants my trust.
The Father isn't up in Heaven wringing His hands, hoping you'll finally do something so He can move. He's been working while you slept, arranging pieces you can't see, waiting for you to STOP interfering so He can deliver the completed miracle into your hands.
