THE LIE Occult Past
"I dated someone deep in the occult and absorbed their curses—now I carry what they carried."

How it sounds in your head: My ex was into really dark stuff—blood rituals, hexes, the works. We were together for two years. Now I feel like I absorbed their curses. People say you become one with who you sleep with, so now I carry their demons. I'm contaminated by association.

Enemy whispers: 'You're contaminated by association.' BUT IT IS WRITTEN: 1 Corinthians 6:11 - You WERE washed, sanctified, justified. Past tense. Complete. Paul is writing to people who WERE fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, homosexuals, drunkards—and he says 'such WERE some of you.' Not 'such are you until you break every soul tie.' The woman at the well had FIVE husbands and was living with a sixth man (John 4). Jesus didn't perform a soul-tie-breaking ceremony. He offered living water and she RAN to tell the city. Instant transformation. You're not contaminated. You're cleansed.

THE GRACE REVEALED
But God actually:

The Father doesn't see a contaminated girl. He sees a daughter who got tangled with the wrong person and is now standing before Him. He's not backing away from your 'uncleanliness'—He's covering you with the robe, the one that makes you whiter than snow. Instant. Complete. No contamination survives His blood.
