"God's silence means He's saying no, so I should move on and make other plans."
How it sounds in your head: I've heard nothing. No doors opening, no confirmation, no peace. Maybe this wasn't His will. Maybe I misheard. Time to pivot and try something else.
"For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry."
-- Habakkuk 2:3Enemy: Interpreting SILENCE as REJECTION, making you abort the promise right before breakthrough because you can't see movement.
Silence is deafening when you need direction. No clear sign feels like a NO when everyone else seems to get clear confirmation. Seems wise to pivot rather than wait indefinitely.
Jesus INTENTIONALLY delayed two days after hearing Lazarus was sick—let him DIE and decompose for four days. Silence looked like abandonment. Then Jesus showed up and raised him from the DEAD for resurrection glory no healing could match.
I REFUSE the lie that God's silence means no. IT IS WRITTEN that though the vision TARRIES, I should WAIT—it will SURELY come. Jesus delayed with Lazarus for GREATER GLORY, and He's doing the same for me. IT IS WRITTEN that God is not a man that He should lie. The BARAK came to Abraham 25 years after the promise—DELAY didn't equal DENIAL. I will not abort the promise in the SILENCE. My breakthrough is not canceled; it's being PERFECTED.
Your Father's silence isn't absence—it's ANTICIPATION. He's setting up a resurrection when you expected healing, a promotion when you expected survival. His delays are always for GREATER GLORY.
