"God gives babies to bad people but might not give them to me"
How it sounds in your head: I see people who aren't even nice or who don't love God having babies. What if He skips over me even though I'm trying to be good? Maybe being good doesn't even matter.
"And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise."
-- Galatians 3:29Worldly observation misinterpreted through works-based theology, creating confusion about grace and covenant versus fairness.
She sees the wicked prosper and assumes God's blessings are random or unfair. Her young theology can't yet reconcile grace with justice.
Rebekah was barren for twenty years, while other women around her likely had children easily. Isaac prayed once, and immediately the Lord granted his plea—she conceived twins that same year, no process, just divine response.
I REFUSE the lie that God's blessings are random or unfair. IT IS WRITTEN that I am Abraham's seed and heir according to promise, which means the BARAK blessing of fruitfulness is mine by COVENANT, not by comparison. What others receive or don't receive has nothing to do with my inheritance. IT IS WRITTEN that children are a heritage from the Lord, and I am an heir. My future family is secured by Jesus' blood, not determined by who seems to get blessed faster. I trust the promise over the appearance.
The Father isn't playing favorites or handing out blessings randomly. He's running toward you with covenant promises that don't depend on anyone else's story—you're His, and His promises are yes and amen in Christ.
