"God forgave me, but I can't forgive myself for what I've done."

"And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross."

Peter denied Jesus three times publicly, cursing and swearing he didn't know Him while Jesus was being beaten. Jesus didn't make him grovel or prove himself—He cooked him breakfast on the beach and restored him INSTANTLY, giving him the keys to feed His sheep.
I REFUSE the lie that I must keep punishing myself. IT IS WRITTEN that God has forgiven me ALL trespasses and wiped out every charge against me. I am Abraham's seed by covenant, blessed even when I fail, protected even when I mess up. IT IS WRITTEN that there is NOW no condemnation for me in Christ Jesus. I declare the cross was ENOUGH—I don't need to add my suffering to His finished work. I receive the BARAK blessing of total restoration RIGHT NOW.
The Father isn't waiting for you to feel bad enough to prove you're sorry—He's running toward you with the ring of authority, celebrating your identity as His son. He already threw the party while you were still smelling like your mess.
