"God doesn't answer my prayers because I'm just a kid and not important enough."
How it sounds in your head: I see adults praying and getting answers, but when I pray nothing happens. Maybe God only listens to grown-ups who've been Christians longer. I'm too young to matter to Him.
"But the LORD said to me: 'Do not say, I am a youth, for you shall go to all to whom I send you, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.'"
-- Jeremiah 1:7Enemy attacking identity - whispering age disqualifies you from God's attention and power.
Adults dominate church leadership and decision-making, making kids feel invisible. When prayers aren't answered immediately, the natural conclusion is that age determines access to God.
Samuel was a CHILD when God spoke to him, not even recognizing God's voice at first. While ELI the experienced priest heard nothing, God chose the BOY to deliver His word - age was irrelevant to access.
I REFUSE the lie that my age disqualifies my prayers. IT IS WRITTEN that God told Jeremiah 'Do not say I am a youth' - my age is NOT a barrier to His power. I am Abraham's seed by covenant, heir to the BARAK blessing that flowed regardless of maturity or experience. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus said 'Let the little children come to Me' - He never said 'wait until you're older.' I am a branch connected to the Vine RIGHT NOW, and fruit comes from connection not age. My prayers shake heaven TODAY because I'm in Christ, and there is NO CONDEMNATION for my youth.
The Father is running toward you RIGHT NOW, not waiting for you to grow up or prove yourself worthy. He chose CHILDREN to enter the kingdom first because they know how to receive without earning - your youth is your ADVANTAGE.
