"Evil is winning in the world and darkness is overtaking everything good around me."
How it sounds in your head: Look at the news, social media, what's happening at school. Everything feels so dark and twisted. It seems like evil people win and good people suffer. Maybe God isn't really in control after all.
"For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith."
-- 1 John 5:4Source: Enemy magnifying the visible darkness to hide the invisible victory already established.
You're constantly exposed to darkness through screens and culture. The visible chaos feels more real than the invisible Kingdom that's actually advancing.
The ENTIRE WORLD was corrupt—every inclination of every heart was evil continually. Total darkness. But Noah found GRACE, and that grace saved a remnant and restarted the world. One family's faith outlasted global wickedness.
I REFUSE the lie that evil is winning in the world. IT IS WRITTEN that whatever is born of God overcomes the world, and I am born of God. The victory is already established. Darkness does not overtake light—it flees from it. IT IS WRITTEN that the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord. What I see on screens and in culture is NOT the full story. I am the light of the world, and the gates of hell cannot prevail against the Church. The BARAK blessing of Abraham included nations being blessed through his seed—I am that seed in Christ, and nations will be blessed through my generation. Light wins. Always has. Always will.
The Father isn't watching evil win while hoping you'll fix it—He's already declared the end from the beginning, and His Kingdom is advancing whether the news reports it or not. Like the father prepared the feast before the prodigal came home, God's victory celebration is already prepared because the battle is already won.
