"Everyone else seems fine with this pace—something must be wrong with me for struggling."

How it sounds in your head: You look around at other youth leaders and they seem energized and thriving. You're drowning at the same pace that seems easy for them. Maybe you're just not cut out for this. Maybe you're weaker than everyone else.

Galatians 6:4-5

"But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For each one shall bear his own load."

-- Galatians 6:4-5
Enemy whispers: Everyone else is fine—you're the weak one. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Galatians 6:4-5 - Each person bears THEIR OWN LOAD, not yours. You're not called to match everyone else's capacity—you're called to be faithful to YOUR design. Comparing your internal reality to their external image is a trap. They're struggling too; you just can't see it.
Quick Truth: LIE: Everyone else is fine—I'm weak. TRUTH: Each bears their own load—comparison is a trap, not a measuring stick. (Gal 6:4-5)

Enemy: The comparison trap that makes you measure your internal struggle against everyone else's external appearance.

Why this feels true:

You only see others' highlight reels—their smiles on stage, their social media wins. You don't see their private breakdowns, so you assume you're uniquely weak.

1 Kings 19:10
Elijah after Mount Carmel

After his greatest victory, Elijah told God, 'I alone am left'—feeling isolated and weaker than everyone else. God's response: 'I have 7,000 others who haven't bowed to Baal.' Elijah's feelings of isolation were LIES—he wasn't alone or uniquely weak.

Speak this out loud

I REFUSE the lie that I'm uniquely weak because I'm struggling. IT IS WRITTEN that each person bears their own load—I'm not called to match everyone else's pace. Elijah felt like the only one struggling while God had 7,000 others in the same battle he couldn't see. IT IS WRITTEN that we are God's WORKMANSHIP, created for good works He PREPARED—not works He prepared for someone else. The BARAK blessing is on MY path, not someone else's. I step into HONEST ASSESSMENT of my own capacity without comparison. My load is mine, and God's grace is sufficient for it.

But God actually:

The Father isn't comparing you to anyone else—He's whispering, 'You're not them, and that's by design.' He's not disappointed you can't carry someone else's load. He's inviting you to carry YOURS and trust Him with the rest.
