"Being introverted means I'm spiritually broken or less anointed than extroverts."
How it sounds in your head: Everyone at church loves the loud worship leaders and outgoing small group leaders. I recharge alone with my journal and they think something's wrong with me. Maybe God can't use quiet people.
"Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!"

Every leadership position goes to loud, charismatic people while her deep insights go unnoticed. The pastoral team keeps 'encouraging' her to 'come out of her shell' like it's a defect.
While extroverted Martha bustled serving, quiet Mary sat at Jesus' feet saying nothing. When Martha criticized her, Jesus defended: 'Mary has chosen the GOOD PART, which will not be taken from her.' Contemplation outranked action.
I REFUSE the lie that my quiet nature disqualifies me from God's purposes. IT IS WRITTEN that I am to BE STILL and know Him—my introversion is invitation to depth, not evidence of defect. I am the righteousness of God in Christ, perfectly designed for the assignments He's prepared. The BARAK blessing rests on me not because of my volume but because of my COVENANT. IT IS WRITTEN that God chose the foolish things to shame the wise—my quietness confounds the noise. I am a Mary in a Martha world, and Jesus defends my choice.
The Father isn't waiting for you to 'fix' your personality—He's whispering secrets to you in the stillness that the loud ones will miss. He made you this way ON PURPOSE because the best conversations happen in quiet places.
