Body is failing, independence gone, everything requires help. Physical weakness feels like spiritual weakness. Death's nearness makes him feel like his power is ending.
Elisha died and was buried. Later, raiders came and men threw a dead body into Elisha's tomb - when the body touched Elisha's bones, the dead man CAME TO LIFE. Even Elisha's DEAD BONES had more power than the enemy - authority doesn't die when the body does.
I REFUSE the lie that my dying body means dying authority. IT IS WRITTEN that I am seated with Christ in heavenly places - not in the future, but RIGHT NOW. My authority is not in my muscles but in my POSITION as a son. IT IS WRITTEN that greater is He in me than he that is in the world, and that word doesn't have an age limit or an expiration date. The BARAK blessing of Abraham flows through my veins by covenant blood, not physical strength. I am a seated king in Christ's throne room, and the enemy is under my feet whether I'm running marathons or lying in a hospital bed. My authority is ETERNAL and UNSHAKEABLE.
The Father sees you seated with His Son in glory RIGHT NOW, not after you die. While you're taking your last breaths on earth, you're simultaneously enthroned in heaven - that's your TRUE position, and it never weakens.
